Report a translation problem
It is highly possible that the redistributables (VS2010 or VS2008) did not install correctly so I suggest re-installing them. Just go to <steamInstallDir>\SteamApps\common\FaceRig\_CommonRedist\ to find them.
Also, you should make sure that the AV installed on your system (if any) is not blocking FaceRig or did not let the full installation (there have been reports of FaceRig.exe missing from the install directory). Check by browsing to <steamInstallDir>\SteamApps\common\FaceRig\Bin\FaceRig.exe.
I would also suggest verifying data integrity (from Steam, go to FaceRig, right click, go to Properties, go to LOCAL FILES tab then click on VERIFY INTEGRITY OF APPLICATION FILES).
