I need Help (Error cord c000007b)

I am very difficult now due to error c000007b (Can't play FaceRig)
When I press the launch button, I always get this message and it doesn't run. (Error encountered while launching FaceRig, FaceRig process failed to launch. Error code returned c000007b.)

Hi there! c000007b Errors are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files. You could try going to Steam\steamapps\common\Bin and launch FaceRig.exe with administrator privileges, which would prompt an error message with some missing files - that would narrow the misconfigured files down.

I have googled the error and it is specific, more often than not, to the Windows installation. I could recommend you follow the steps here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/receiving-0c000007b-error-every-time-trying-to-run/a6f1bc64-1344-4cdf-aaa2-201d47053db4 (if nothing works, you might have to reinstall the Windows).
