I will have to investigate this matter and try to reproduce it. This happened to me only when I kind of spammed the keys. Can you try with other key shortcuts as well, like saving the avatar settings rather than load them?

There is no problem with saving by hotkey.
I have just found out today it happens 50% of the time when Facerig window is not focused (enable hooked keys). It works fine when the window is focused.

Is there any progress on this problem? I cannot continue with this still persisting.
I will re-install and post a result here.

I have tried to reproduce it but I had no luck. If it occurs only when the FaceRig window is not in focus and the Hooked Keys option is enabled, can you also try with some other keys like any of the Q, W, E, R, T keys on a 2D avatar?

I tried with the Q key alone. I pressed 2 times on Notepad, and Facerig loaded for more than 10 times.

Re-installing did not work.

It might be because of the inherent lag of the hooked keys - that is, when you press multiple keys at the same time to load the avatar. I tried with just the Q key so to trigger a special animation in a 2D avatar and did not have this problem.

No. I pressed only the Q key once, which was assigned to loading an avatar, and waited each time until Facerig finished what it was doing. It is random. Sometimes I pressed the key once and Facerig loaded more than 15 times.

I closed all processes which might be interfering and updated all drivers. The problem still persists.

I re-installed Facerig. Even re-installed Windows. Nothing changed. It's been months so I'm forced to look for something else.
