I goto launch and it keeps saying not responding

When i go to launch facerig it say stop responding and i've waited but it does nothing

Hello. Send me the VP.log of FaceRig, by mail, to this address: info[@]facerig[.]com so I can investigate it.

You'll find the log in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig

Don't forget to mention this Steam thread in your mail so I know to whom the log belongs.
