I don't know anything about that message either, but the scenario where FaceRig does not launch and no message precedes this issue can be solved through some steps:

1. Launch Steam with administrator privileges; go to Steam's Library, right click on FaceRig > Properties > Local Files > and click on Verify Integrity of Application Files. This will install any files that might be missing.

2. Make sure that FaceRig is not blocked by your antivirus by adding FaceRig as an exception to it.

You can also go to the folder where you installed FaceRig (Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin), right click on FaceRig.exe and launch it with administrator privileges - an error message should appear.

I tried that ways which you told me immediately,but it didn't work well.
FaceRig only shows massage that means "Installing seven items"and it ends itself after Installation. Nothing is shown.

It means that the installation did not finish the first time around or the second time. Did you try to launch FaceRig.exe with administrator rights and see if it says something or not? And, also, did you add FaceRig as an exception to your antivirus?
