Hi I followed this tutorial and was successful in importing a model

however it was super basic and only had one bone controlling the head I followed the next video and was only able to import the model if it only had one bone in the armature. The actions associated with that bones all worked but if I tried to import any model with more than one bone I received this error

I'm using Blender 2.83.4
I've uninstalled facerig, started steam with admin and reinstalled facerig also opened the importer with admin.

I've made sure to change the render engine from eevee to cycles.

I've applied the mesh modifiers and made sure there are only 4016 polygons these ones are all squares

I have 32 GB of ram and my GPU has 8GB.

I've sent the dae to the art support email referencing this thread any help on how to make this work is greatly appreciated. While video calls and things with the built in models have been fun the reason I bought this is to import my own models.
