All exported l2d models are black
I'm newer to facerig l2d models so this is probably a complete rookie mistake on my end, but all my exported cubism models are black (see image).

When exporting I'm taking all the three files that are exported (moc3 and the two jsons) into a new folder within steamapps\common\FaceRig\Mod\VP\PC_CustomData\Objects\

If anybody could at least give me some pointers on what I'm screwing up you would be a lifesaver.

Thanks, Avery

What's the size of your texture atlas? What setting is live2d render on in facerig? What version sdk did you export

And you say you put the three exported files into a new folder which then goes into the facerig directory- what about the texture atlas folder?

Texture atlas is 1024x1024 (square), SDK is 3.0 compatible, live2d render quality is set to max. Judging by the fact that I assumed the json files contained pathing to the texture atlas I'm assuming that would be the issue. Is there a separate folder for the atlas or do you just make another folder within the new one?

and I got it, thanks a ton. Didn't realize I changed my file sorting to stick folders at the bottom. I'm retarded.

Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me where you found your texture atlas folder? no matter where I look I can't seem to find it.

I was just exporting all my files into one massive folder, before you export it make a new folder just for the exported files. For example, create a folder called "model" in downloads, then export and choose the destination folder as model and you should see 3 files and a folder appear in there.
