missing textures

I have a live2d model that runs in the program, but all the textures appear as pure black. What did I do wrong and is there a fix for this?

Perhaps they weren't placed in the proper folder. I would have to see the model itself (its entire folder) to determine the cause. Send the model to info[@]facerig[.]com so I can take a look at it.

Mention this thread in the mail so I know to whom it belongs.
