That's a replay file. You can upload it in FaceRig and replay the performance that you recorded. With the replay file you can change the avatar, the background, and still have the same performance, the same motions that you did in the original performance (but with a different avatar). You can export it as .webm by clicking on "Export Performance as a Movie" on the top UI, and go through the settings you find there.
