Says it's been "validating" for hours now

Can't start the game, there's no download, and it's been on "validating" for hours upon hours.
Anyone else having this issue? Any way to fix it?

Hello! It could be that the antivirus software (or the Windows Firewall) is blocking Steam from completely installing FaceRig. Turn both of them off for a few minutes and check to see if the installation resumes.

Another possible fix would be to launch Steam with administrator rights and check to see if the installation resumes. Let me know how it goes!
