cant fix the "unhandeled exception"

I have reinstalled the software several times, I updated my drivers, tried to run directx9 instead of 11 and it always crash. is there any other solution? and if not any other software that does the same thing?

Hello. Send me the VP.log of FaceRig by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com so I can investigate this issue. You'll find the VP.log in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig.

The DxDiag info might also help me investigate this, so send that file too. To get the DxDiag just press Window+R, type dxdiag and then hit run. Save all of the information in a text file and attach that one too to the mail.

Mention this Steam thread in your mail so I know to whom the files belong.
