Facerig is stuttering the system(Especially sound!)
I had no issues like this before...

When I turn on facerig, all the programs sound is having lag.
It's like popping sound(?) sound stops and go for every 0.5 seconds.
(Not only games... Chrome Youtube as well)

I am using amd 5800x + rtx 3080 so I dont think the system itself is not an issue...
But I never had this kind of lag even with my old setup with 2700x + 1070ti.

I assume it will matters less since Animaze is launching soon... but please advise me how to fix this issue if you can.

Thanks

Hello! Your specs are really good, so yes, my go-to conclusion would be the same - that the lag should not be related to the specs. However, FaceRig sometimes hogs the CPU (and / or the GPU as well) so just lower the settings in FaceRig and check to see if the same stuttering appears.

1. use FaceRig at a lower resolution, you can go as low as 960x540. I assume you are using FaceRig as webcam view, so the view is already small.
2. use window capture instead of FaceRig Virtual Webcam and disable Broadcast. There is an option to hide the interface.
3. limit FaceRig's refresh rate to 24-30 fps. Go to General Options > Performance Tab.
4. Camera resolution needs to be low (General Options > Resolution).

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the update!
I think it maybe somewhat related to "2". I will check and give you the result!
