Hello. Try to launch FaceRig on DX9 (bypass Launcher option) and let me know how it goes.

If you're still having problems, go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig and get the VP.log from there. Send it by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com and mention this Steam thread in your mail so I know to whom the log belongs.
