Live 2D avatar won't open, everything else works fine. [solved]
Hi! so, I'm trying to open my comissioned Live 2D model on FaceRig, but it crashes. The app runs smoothly and I've been told that maybe the model it's too heavy, but the modeler tested it on her computer and it opens normally for her.

What I've tried so far is:

- Chance from Dx11 to Dx9 and viceverse
- Verified Integrity of application cache
- Uninstalled and installed facerig again, and did the above one more time.

Here is the error message that poped up after clicking on the icon that I assume should have open my model (wich btw, seems to be divided in two, since two "?" icons appear as selectable characters)

So here's the error message:

Could you post a screenshot of the model folder and directory?

Okay, the first issue is clear
The model folder needs to only have the exported products

So the file structure should go:
Prisma>
Prisma.####(texture atlas folder)
Prisma.moc3
Prisma.model3.json
Prisma.cdi3.json
Prisma.physics3.json

Aka, the products of when you go file>export for runtime > export moc3 in live2d cubism editor
Those products need to be go in a clean folder, then that folder goes in the facerig directory.
The issue you have is you have multiple folders and files inside the Prisma folder
Hopefully that makes sense
