Custom model crashes game

Hey there, i recently made my first rig with live2d, once i try and load it into facerig i seem to get this crash+error, any idea how to help this? Thanks!

Could you post your model folder and directory? Like how the user here did:

Took a peek at what you replied to them with and it worked, issue has been fixed! Thank you (the tutorials i was looking at didn't help me in this case)
