FaceRig freezes while starting in the "creating model cache" screen

The application wont start with its normal launcher - only the troubleshooting starts. But soon after starting the application freezes and nothing happens anymore.

Any clues?

Hi! Did you upload a custom avatar recently? Either something from the Workshop or an avatar that you created?

The fact that it launches on DX9 but it freezes might point to something GPU related. In any case, go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig and get the VP.log from there. Send it by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com so I can investigate it.
