Facerig doesnt even open

I bought a new 3090, installed it, drivers (both GPU and facerig), and reinstalled windows.

Hello. Try to launch it on DX9 (bypass the Launcher option) and let me know how it goes!

I figured out it was because my internet cable was plugged into my 10gb port not my 1gb port, maybe steam was trying to verify but couldnt
