When software start up ,it stuck on same picture frames and no any button

I have try restarted computer or close deviurs ,and it still can not work. I cant see any button ,but it seems can click some where on picture.Some place seems can lunach then report error . Some place nothing happen after click.

Well it can launch now ,but bypass mode only

If it launches on bypass mode (which means that it launches on DX9 instead of DX11), then that must mean that there's some problems with your GPU. Try and update its drivers and see if it launches normally, without bypassing the Launcher, after that.
