black silhouette instead of model

Hello. just ran into a problem. When I open the model in the facerig, only a black silhouette appears. I tried all the texture atlas settings :(

Hello to you too. I assume you're talking about a Live2D avatar. Please send it over to me by mail, to info[@]facerig[.]com (send the entire folder of the model, with all its files) so I can investigate it.

Mention this Steam thread in your mail so I'll know to whom the model belongs.
