Black box when trying to boot
i bought facerig and installed it no problem, but when i tried to boot it up it came up with a loading screen then turned into a black box. the weird thing is is that when i hovered my cursor over the black box i could click on stuff, so i clicked and it took me to a screen where it said: 'creating model cache, loading may take a while' but half way through loading it froze, i have tried to validate game cache but that didn't do anything. i tried to boot it with the bypass launcher option and it said this:

i am not sure what to do so help would be appreciated as this program seems to look great and i want to use it.

Hello! From the behavior that you're describing, I assume it has something to do with your PC's GPU. Go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig and get the VP.log form there (make sure you take it from there after you've experienced this issue).

Then, get the dxdiag: press Windows + R, type in dxdiag, click OK then on Save All Information.

Send both these logs by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com so I can take a look at what is going on.
