Custom model problem
When I import the custom avatar , it is not facing the right direction , and position too.
And I follow the manual , changed the configuration file add the line:
set_head_axis y
Then Opening FaceRig , it crashed , and it is the error log.
Please help me, what wrong with my model? and How can I fix it?

Hello! Send the model by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com so that I can forward it to our artists, whereupon they will investigate it. Send all of the files (geometry, idle etc.). Together with that, send the VP.log of FaceRig as well. You'll find the VP.log in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig - take the VP.log from there immediately after FaceRig has crashed.

Mention this Steam thread in your mail so I'll know to whom the model and the log belongs.
