Unable to get hand tracking to work in Windows 10
Hello, I'm runnng Windows 10 20H2 with SR300.

I have installed DCM 3.4.101.9447, The SDK runtime RSSDK_10.0.26.0396 that come with FaceRig cannot be installed with error.

I did some search over Internet and found people are suggest to use 2016 R2 offline SDK instead and it worked.

At Advanced Tracking Configuration, ULSee is using RealSense RGB Cam. I added RealSense but Tracker Status is OFF, of coz hands tracking doesn't work.

I tried to change the Input of ULSee to video file see if I could let RealSense Tracker to work, but no.

Also I found that the RealSense tracker cannot be removed now and FaceRig will hang if I try to close it.

Please help.

Hello! Unfortunately, Intel has discontinued both the SR300 camera and the SDK that it needs; I think the SDK that you can download and install from https://steamhost.cn/app/420824/FaceRig_support_for_Intel_RealSense/ is an older one (we've also stopped updating the RealSense SDK). Having said this, you will encounter a lot of issues with this tracker and SDK.

I recommend the Leap Motion Controller device (or UltraLeap, its new name), and also, you can try our new software: Animaze. It is free, it supports Leap Motion, if you have an iPhone you can connect it to Animaze and use it as a web-camera (through Animaze's integrated feature). There are a lot of new features that FaceRig does not have.
