Custom Live2D avatar not appearing
Hi, I recently created my own custom avatar in Live2D. I followed the manuals and I think I rigged everything correctly, but when I export the .moc3 file, import the files to FaceRig then test it out, my custom avatar doesn't appear when I change it, I just see the background. I can see where my avatar would be in the navigation window, I can click it to change my avatar, but no avatar appears on screen after that.

Here's the thing: I managed to work around this issue by exporting my Live2D avatar to a .moc file instead of a .moc3 file, and everything works perfectly after that; I see my avatar when I switch to it and I follows my movement as it should.

I was wondering if I was the only one who encounters this issue, because I've looked around and no one seems to have the same issue as me.

Here's what I think: Live2D Cubism is updated to version 3.3, and I've worked and exported from that version, but the Live2D FaceRig documentation/manual is only updated to version 3.0. Could it be that I've been exporting from an incompatable version? Live2D Cubism does allow me to switch from 3.3 to 3.0(3.2). I haven't tested out exporting from version 3.0, but I'm going to try with a new avatar I'm making.

To my knowledge Facerig has not implement latest 3.3 SDK yet so yeah my best bet you have to export with 3.0 SDK format.

Your same problem is that your custom live2d model won't show up?
1. Did you buy the live2d dlc?
2. Does your model folder have moc3 file, texture atlas, json files, etc? (Aka, did you export it for runtime?)
3. Is it in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Mod\VP\PC_CustomData\Objects

Hello! I think Pixelvetice identified the issue in their comment. I remember exporting to 3.0, and that solved my issue.

Hi guys,
Pixelvertice is totally right, we have support for Live2D 3.0 so it is best to export for that format
