When in broadcast mode PIP displays avatar and when I quit broadcast mode PIP goes black!
Also make sure that no other program is using the webcam at the time, including the webcam's own software
Just a follow up here, we've also pushed live an update which should fix your issues (:
Is the camera working now? (because i can see you have posted in a different thread that it is working)
* The VP.log (found at <steam folder>\steamapps\common\FaceRig\VP.log NOTE: this file gets overwritten each time you start FaceRig)
* The dxdiag file: press windows-key+R, type in dxdiag, enter and wait for it to finish.
Save the contents of the files to pastebin.com (no registration required) and post the links.
If the webcam is working in FaceRig and you see the webcam feed, but the tracker does not start tracking you then you need to make some checks:
1. make sure the tracking is ON (in the Advanced UI on the top bar there is a button "Toggle Tracking" - 5th button on the top bar from left to right - that needs to be highlighted)
2. in the Trackers tab of the Advanced Tracking Configuration dialog, make sure ULSee isn't paused, on the title bar of the tracker, to the right there should be a pause icon, not a Play icon.
3. make sure there are no hard shadows on your face and try to stand closer to the webcam, it may be that the tracker cannot pick up your face.
