It gets stuck on the loading screen and says it is not responding

I just bought FR and it gets stuck on FR loading screen and says unresponsive, just shows Steam screen and message to access Steam community and gets stuck

Hello! Send the VP.log of FaceRig to info[@]facerig[.]com so I can take a look at it. You'll find the VP.log in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig. Mention this Steam thread in your mail so I know to whom the log belongs.
