[Solved] [01_21_2016] Mouth tracking problems after patch on next version
I detected some mouth tracking issues after the patch from today [01_21_2016] in the next version. The live2D models that used to work properly now have problem with the mouth tracking. To be more specific, the "mouth deform" or "PARAM_MOUTH_FORM"parameter. They can't proc properly the sad deformation and have difficulty to proc the happy deformation. I tried with old and new imported models, the problem remain. I deleted content and reinstalled. It remains. This is happening on the Live2D module.

Edit: I tried without the "next version" and it doesn't have this tracking problem, but the models physics are like crazy. The hair move by itself, A LOT.

Hi,
Is the calibration properly done? While you are on the nextversion, do the regular avatars( like Fluffo) have the same problem with mouth tracking or only the live2D models?
If you can please switch back to the nextversion try again the live2D avatars, then provide us with the VP.log and dxdiag files like in this thread https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/274920/discussions/2/34096318703798146/ so we can investigate. Thank you for testing the nextversion branch and informing us about this bug, we will amend it.

All of the models had the problem. I fixed it manually deleting a lot of files and reinstaling like 9 times... For the time being, everything is working, I guess. I also had the problem of facerig not updating my subscriptions. Fortunately it got fixed by itself after all the reinstalations.

Thank you for the update, i am glad it's working now. By the way, your workshop submission PixC looks amazing ^.^

Nevermind, I got the mouth problem again. Thanks, Mighty_Potato.
It was quite a challenge, Live2D antialiasing features screws with pixel art unless you resize everything up to 2048 after you are done pixeling... And the result is not even that Pixelated, there is some missing aesthetics because of the antialiasing integrated on the modeler.

Alright, thanks. I can make it smile because I made it more sensible on the model... But I also made it for the opposite side of the parameter so it could display a sad mouth... But I can't do the sad mouth. My real face hurts by all the tryouts hahaha. It's happening again with all the models. Thanks for the help, l8rs.

Can you please restart Steam, switch again to the nextversion branch and try the Live2D avatars? Let us know if the issue still persists.
