[Solved by update] Voice Effect doesnt work

Pitch Shift & Robot Voice 2 doesnot work, Robot Voice 1 is ok. it is [nextversion]

Is there no sound being played back to your headphones or is it just played back unaltered?
Make sure, though, that the loopback button ( sixth from the right) is pressed and that you are listening to the feedback through headphones while testing effect

while loopback is on, I can hear my voice with voice effect options "None" or "Robot Voive 1" but no sound with other 2 options. I have not tried to video chat with others. EDITED: I had tried it on another PC, it same. After I removed the [nextversion], the Pitch Shift come back well.
