Did you also use the different skins of the avatars? Some avatars have multiple skins you can choose from (+ a "custom" skin in which you can change a lot)

Have you checked what needs to be done in this achievement? Not all the required avatars for this achievement are in the base version, some are found in other DLCs

I was wondering if you eventually got the achievement?

I'm a real cat lady and would love to get the Cat Lady achievement.
I used all the free/included feline characters (I used all the characters actually) but I didn't get the achievement.

The Man's best friend achievement did work. Even though there are dog characters, like Julien, that I don't have.
