Hello, you could search for either Splitcam or Manycam, as these software can output a single image combined from two separate web cams. This is needed as you cannot connect two cameras into FaceRig or run two instances of the application.

If both feeds are combined would me and my girl friend be able to animate 2 different avatars?

You can animate two different avatars by adding another avatar but, you'd have to use the same web-camera (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pfrOj4eu-A here's an example) at the same time, meaning that there will be only one feed.
