I am not sure what you mean. Do emotions with your lips, your face? What kind of expressions are you doing that it won't translate well into FaceRig?

i mean when you can type on the keybord to set emotions to characters, like with the 2d models

There are a few 3D avatars that have certain animations when you press Q or Z, X, W. However, you cannot set new animations to 3D avatars and for 2D avatars, they are set when the avatar is created.

Okay that's fine, but why is it when I do use the keys my avatar stops moving it's mouth?, isn't it supposed to still track my mouth while I do emotions with the keys?

Can you give me an example of an avatar that you have seen has an animation that won't let you use the mouth? For example, there is Natsuko - its animation is on the Q key. However, you will still be able to form expression with your mouth.
