Help: Error by launching

the problem occurred when I start FaceRig, could anyone help? thanks a lot!!!

Try and launch FaceRig by bypassing the Launcher (on DX9). Let me know how it goes.

Thanks a lot， the bypass launcher (troubleshooting) works. But another problem occured, the Facerig camera is not able to connect to e.g. Skype, a black screen was shown, could you pls help?

In FaceRig you should be able to see an icon called "Broadcast". Click on that icon (upper UI) and the Virtual Camera should appear in Skype, etc.
