It isnt for a preexisting avatar though. The model was bought from a website and downloaded. The actual model loads in fine but not the textures.

The textures may not follow the conventions we have in our program. Check the documentation to see what the issue may be. Or send the model with the textures to our team at artsupport[at]facerig[dot]com and they will check it.
