This is a quest for either someone willing to talk about it, or a referal to some online resource where I might find quick work 3d artists on the cheap. I am poor but am willing to pay for the work, and enough that it could be considered fair for someeone with the skills to throw together what I want as quickly as I think it can be done, and in some parts of the world could be considered good pay.

What I want can use the fox's rigging framework and all his animations but would just be a canine reskinning with shorter fur, bent ears and a different color pattern. In short, I want a Wh1ppet model, something like my rough scetched thumbnail image. A Cream colored bully whippet (whippets are miniature greyhounds and bully means it's extra muscular) with tan tiger stripes and large black framed glasses... The only really special thing I want done that may take more than art talent and I can figure out how to work in as an effect, later, once I have the basic model done, is that Wh1ppet has Mr Magoo type eyes and glasses effect that should be going on... His eyes would look huge and fully animated when viewed through the glasses but when viewed around the edge of the glasses should be squinted little black beads with little expression.
