It is possible to re-texture an avatar, like so:

But to create the wings and the teeth someone would have to edit the 3D model.
Or create them as 3D props which then would be attached to the model.

Teeth are two separate props as to let you space them correctly on the muzzle.
Since they're a prop rather than a part of the model there will be clipping issues, especially with the bottom jaw/lips, but I tried to model them in such a way that the top of the teeth wouldn't clip through the top lip.
Well, this is what I have for the custom model. Thanks again, eydisosk for the fangs. I wish someone could upload some feathery wings that I could edit and put on my character, but meh *shrugs*
One other thing: I found a pair of black glasses on the workshop that I want to use for this model, but nothing in the workshop seems to want to download and install onto Facerig for me. How can I do it manually? https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1240640876&searchtext=glasses
