Custom Character Model questions
If someone requests a custom model is it added to the software as a publicly usable model or private use only?

That's something that you decide, ( assuming you mean a freelancer will build your avatar )

However if you request time from our artists to build or rig parts of the avatar (for free), of course we prefer to work first on avatars that will end up being shared with the community for free (because after all, our artists' time could be spent working on free avatars for everyone, not private avatars for a handful of people ). :)

We do not offer a service for building avatars at this time. Later in 2017 :)
