Import custom avatar is invisible or deformed!!

Hi,i want create Geralt Witcher in faceRig . i did all how describe on instruction. But have 2 problems. 1 Camera don't founded in Import Wizard.2 In faceRig model deformed i open FaceRig in single avatar it's invisible https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1755167292 , when 2 avatars its deform. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1755167207 .Please help!!!
