I was very mindful of the naming and I've checked several times over and cannot find any errors on my end with them. (It was the first thing that came to mind.)

I edited all the files the same way, but the hands and feet one is the only one not loading. I've also triple-checked that the files in the custom folder are the edited ones.
(Files I've repainted are face, eyes and hands/feet, - clothes I've left alone)
I've also made a little recording to illustrate what I'm seeing on my end:

You could use Photoshop, Blender, ZBrush to re-texture the FaceRig avatars. You can find many tutorials online on how to use them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwspCEsmYh8 (in this one the textures that are re-colored are from GTA SA, but the process is the same). Here is another tutorial that shows how to change the color of textures in Photoshop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-5r0YuvSj0
Which model is that? In the texture pack you'll find the custom textures for all of the Holotech original avatars.
