I have the blender file, make me an object?

Hey I'm dumb and am having trouble, can I send someone my blender file and everything and have you create it as an object for me? The guide was giving me trouble.

the fact that im terrible with blender. I got the file from a free blender download thing, but it's been years since i used blender, and ive forgotten everything

Blender 2.8 official youtube channel will update you in no time. Videos last only 4-5 mimutes. You should really consider upgrading because of EEVEE realtime viewport and realistic shaders.

I have the newest version! I guess ill just have to crawl through tutorials until i get reaquainted
