While this is pretty difficult to do for a small company, we hope it will happen one day :D However, our community is free to create such an avatar as FaceRig allows you to import your own characters if you have knowledge of 3d modeling,animation, rigging...
Import the 3d model to say 3d max , then use the 3d model as a template and build your own argonian head , texture it and add bones then carry on with facerig import avatar rules
