Please send an email with your work to artsupport[at]holotech[dot]eu so that our 3d artists can have a look.
Without the team having a look at the model you are working on, I can only assume that the invisible shirt has something to do with the model cache saved after its first compile. I suggest deleting the contents of <steamInstallDir>\SteamApps\Common\FaceRig\Mod\VP\PC_datacache and PC_dx11_datacache, restart FaceRig and load your custom model.
I strongly recommend sending your work to artsupport[at]holotech[dot]eu, the team (includes artists and programmers) is very prompt and we can point out errors either from our side or of the custom model really fast, helping you directly and all community artists in the process, by optimizing the import process or fixing issues.
Are you seeing "No Shader Here" everywhere?
We had to solve this on our own as we couldn't give our files to FaceRig due to a client owning them... if that's your issue, we have the solution.
In the e-mail you can simply link this thread so that we know what it is about :) .
Yes, 32 bit, 4 channel TGA files should be used, (not 8 bit TGA files)
Let us know how it goes ^.^.
