have a problem about camera placement and animation (pls read describe detail)
I have 2 problem from character I made in blender

1. Character doesn't seem to move after i import some test animation for now I already create following animation to observe but it seem to be not moving at all the list of animation i have is

-idle
-head_leanleftToRight
-eyes_leftToRight

I have geometry file of course all the animation done in 1 sec at 30 framerate

does it need to have more animation to import to it to see the result or i did something wrong ?
I also test the DAE that I convert from FBX file in MAYA but it's look alright animation move fine

2.I can't get the right placement of the camera bone I try to orient the camera bone the same as Natsuko source file but it turn out to be point in the right direction but what's wrong with it is that the camera seem to be over the model (i can only see the tip of the hat of my character) and the if i move the character to frame it right the camera also clipping of my model by near clipping.

Hi,

Usually, if the avatar doesn't move, it's due to a misname animation file or bones in the skeleton. Beware that Facerig importer is case sensitive so correct case is required.
The framing problem could be caused by a bad placement of camera in idle animation.
This animation is the only one writing transformations for camera bone.

I've rechecked it and every name of bone seem to be correct i don't know what to do anymore : (
