i really really like it so far! the UI took some getting used to (no right-click to get out of the phone menu, the abrupt screen changes for working at the boba shop and getting texts randomly) and i had to try all the keys on my keyboard to figure out how to skate down the street because it doesn't tell me i can do that. i think the story is really fun so far, meeting people, joining bands, going on dates and stuff. its genuinely a good time in here. i love having a full schedule and running all around town to hang out. i hope i actually get to kiss pixie one of these days. i hope i don't ever bankrupt myself buying stuff at the thrift store or art off the wall. i'd love to be able to send my mom pictures of things i experience in the city.

the biggest thing i wish were different is the volumes. i want 3 volume sliders: one for general bg music, one for dialogue/sound fx/random bips and bops, and one for band practice. maybe two for band practice, to give control to how loud the screechy discordant stuff is when you miss a note. i just can't read the dialogue when the music is too loud and clashing with the random bips and bops from the dialogue sfx. it's too many noises on my brain.
