Yeah, at the beginning it is pretty rough. Once you get to the 2nd and 3rd storage upgrade it becomes much more manageable. But those first few areas when you are trying to get enough mats to upgrade your gear is very rough.

Start by crafting backpacks to hold more, buy what you need from bunny which also clears up more space, and then go find the material to upgrade the storage locker. You also have a an upgrade tree option to increase your inventory space of your team that helps. Make sure you equip a backpack onto each team member you find.

As mentioned in the comments above, we have prepared a lot of content that can increase your warehouse and inventory. Since it is a growth game, try various things to increase what you lack in the beginning. And we will try to adjust it to give you a little more space based on your feedback.

Sadly this will make or break the game if the warehouse and inventory issue is not fixed. players don't want to carry everything with them all the time. They want to drop it off at their base and go out to grab more. There will be more and more discussions made about this with both new and old players. Just trying to help as I like the game but how the warehouse and inventory works atm does suck.

they did update the increase slot

Increased slots mean nothing, we got about ~400 items worth of space, when everything costs thousands of items to craft. Stack sizes need to go up, not slots. I don't even want to explore because I have to destroy my loot instead of storing it, and since loot doesn't respawn, it's just gone forever. This isn't your mobile game where you cahrged 15 dollars for every storage upgrade, just let us have space ffs.
