Key for the Annex on Floor 3?
I may be missing something, but I cannot find the key. Could someone tell me where it is?

Do you mean the Safe in the Doctors Office 2? In this Room the combination for the safe is written on the left wall. The combination is ->1 <-50 -> 15

Hello is the key combination for the 1st floor right "1", left "50" and then right "15"?, Because that combination doesnt work for me. Thanks for the help in advance

it does work, it's just the way you do it.

I did it by the click i'd hear just before hitting the number and quickly turn to the next number.

The key is hanging from one of the IV stands in the patient's room. Then you need to backtrack to floor 1 to your employer.
