Hardstuck/hardlock bug
As it says on the tin.

I was doing the F2 puzzle of rooms 201/202/203/204, and I had placed three items on their respective trays. I saved the game, and opened the metal box containing the 4th item, and put it on the correct tray. The game didn't progress - Upon visiting the past trays, the items I had placed there were gone. I assume saving the game made the items I had placed disappear. So now I'm hard-locked at that puzzle, requiring a restart of the game.

Maybe something to look into, I don't know.

Yeah, this just happend to me to as i was trying to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor (although idk if the bloodpack was the 4th item or not as i was going along the documents).

well, rip my run.

And now the key on Floor 3 to the annex is nowhere. It seems that this release has a lot of bugs.

Seems so, yeah. In my run I started with a shotgun and a rifle or something, but there was no animation for them, but I could still shoot them.

This just happened again, except it happened with nell.

her voicelines are there, but she isn't LOL.

I saved the game on the fourth floor and restarted it, but Nel wasn't there and I couldn't proceed.
The initial versions are always terrible, and this one was no exception.
I wish there was a command to warp and summon Nel...
