Probably last mission bug?
So this might be a little bit of spoilers but

I got the objective to meet nell. But when i go back to the bathroom where we left her, all it says is "better let nell rest".

Am i missing something?

I too was stumped on this for a bit. You have to go back to the room you originally met her in on the first floor. Even if you see that her door is actually open, you still need to interact with door itself to trigger the cuts scene.
