There's a bug wherein I saved in the part where you have to place the blood bag, bandages, disinfectant, and vitamins on the corresponding trays. Problem is, the box won't open even after I placed them correctly. I tried to save and restart the game only to find out that 3 of the items went missing from the trays with only the vitamins left. I trield looking for them in their original location but they're gone, leaving the game completely unplayable. I'd want to start over but that's too much of a hassle.
