在完成地下室BOSS战后，离开地下室的过程中会捡到“新切割机”，返回1楼后不要去找内尔，先去1楼的“EPS Room”，里面之前无法切割的铁丝网现在可以切割了，里面有2枚硬币和301病房钥匙。

拿到钥匙返回3楼打开301病房，里面有3个正在跳舞的护士，不要开枪，直接退出房间，会听到"Thank you"，此时再返回301，桌子上会有3枚硬币，同时解锁成就。

After the Boss fight at the basement, you will pick up the "Bolt cutter".
When you back to 1st floor, DO NOT FIND Nell, go to EPS Room first, you can cut the fence, there are 2 coins & Room 301 Key.

Go back Room 301, there are 3 dancing nurses in the room. DO NOT SHOOT ! Just get out the room, you will hear "Thank you". Then go back Room 301 again, there are 3 coins on the desk ,and achievement unlocked
