Last archivment

i finshed the normal game a while ago and i was wondering what i did need to do unlock the archiment with the dance ? since i have still a shutter key left in my inventory i was wondering if the key is needed for that

I don't think so, you can get key that you need after beating the final boss.
Also, if you have a save before finishing game, it will work for the achievement.

After beating final boss go back to that storage room on the first floor, the one with barb wire in it.

Cut your way in and find a key for room 301.

Go back to the third floor to what's probably the last locked room in the hospital.

Open door to see zombie party.

Don't shoot any zombies, they will not attack you, go back into the hall and close the door and you should hear a 'Thank You'. This should activate the achievement.

Open door again to find a couple of gold coins.
