Damn, good catch! Didn't even think of that! Hope we get some kind of confirmation from eTIRUe about that. Considering one of the "ghouls" from Abyss School also appear in this game(only as a cameo but still) it's very plausible that all the games are connected in some way.

I haven't played EVERY game, for I like to play as male potagonists, and I won't calim that they ALL coneccted, but they could be more than just references...

I strongly believe that RN and CL are connected with what you mentioned. Though Last Saintess was referenced in CL, as the name of the squad that is sent to the Crawling Lab is named O.P.H.E.L.I.A., which is the same name as the actual Saintess herself.

I could even say that a lot of the etirue games are connected in one way or another, but as far as Ruined Nurse goes, there is a possible correlation with Crawling Lab

Nell also has a Vampire Mansion poster in her room during cutscenes if you paid attention. I'm not sure what this implies or if it's just a neat little easter egg, but if it's more than just a nice little nod to past games I suppose this could mean that Vampire Mansion either took place in the same universe or is an in-universe videogame that Nell for some reason really, really liked lol
